Broadcast sports package for World Cup coverage on ESPN Gol. For their coverage of the World Cup, ESPN asked us to create something kinetic, that captured the energy of the game. Tournament package creative includes concept pitch, design, live action green screen production, animation and editing.
Good sports creative captures a flavor of the game. And usually includes flying bodies.
For ESPN Gol’s coverage of the World Cup, we created a campaign based on animating paint brush strokes in vibrant, primary colors, soccer balls plummeting through the fame and, of course, flying bodies. For the flying bodies part, we cast some actors with mad soccer skills and filmed their aerodynamic work on green screen in Hollywood. You know, just another day at the office.
