Everwood
Series main title for Everwood on The WB. Greg Berlanti asked us to brand his new series, Everwood, starring Treat Williams and a young Chris Pratt. We knew from the start the creative needed something nostalgic, so we looked to Norman Rockwell for inspiration. Services include concept pitch, design, animation and editing.
The Everwood main title is literally a digital painting. And it was nominated for an Emmy.
Because Everwood is set in the rustic, Rocky Mountain American West, we wanted creative that reflected vintage small town Americana. What better than a Norman Rockwell painting? After assembling an edit, each frame was painstakingly hand painted using digital tools. The result is a nostalgic piece that perfectly captures the spirit of Everwood.
